Take 1-2 table spoons of lemongrass, put into glass teapot and add 60-80 ml of hot water (95-100°C). Let it soak for 20-30 seconds and then drain water out. Add 250 ml of fresh hot water and let drink to infuse 7-10 minutes. Serve drink hot or cold.
Tips: You can add sugar, honey or stevia to taste as desired. Try combined drink with pandan: 1 part of dried pandan mix with 3-4 parts of lemongrass.
